Amazon Prime Video

Paramount+

Paramount+ UK has no phone support. Live chat is the only contact route. A human agent can be reached via chat but requires persistence past the automated responses.
BBC iPlayer

BBC iPlayer is a free streaming service funded by the TV licence. Technical support is via the BBC help pages and online form. Licence fee queries go to TV Licensing at 0300 790 6138. There is no iPlayer-specific phone line; most issues are resolved via the BBC complaints and help portal.
Channel 4 Streaming (My4)

Channel 4 streaming (formerly All 4, now My4) has no customer phone line. Support is chat and online-only via the Channel 4 help centre. There is no way to speak to a human agent about technical or account issues.
BritBox UK

BritBox UK is the BBC and ITV joint streaming service. A phone line exists but the primary support route is online chat and email. Phone wait times average 10β20 minutes. Billing issues are handled by a third-party processor which can complicate resolution.
Discovery+ UK

Discovery+ UK has no published customer phone line. All support is through the online help centre and email/chat. There is no reliable way to reach a human for billing or technical issues.
