Evri (formerly Hermes)

Netflix removed phone support. You can reach a human only via live chat at netflix.com/contactus β phone callbacks are no longer offered. Chat agents can resolve most billing issues.
Wizz Air
Airlines
Wizz Air is one of the hardest airlines to reach a human at. Their ultra-low-cost model means minimal human support. Phone support requires paying a call fee and waits can be extreme.
DVLA
Auto
The DVLA is notoriously difficult to reach. Wait times regularly exceed 45 minutes and the phone lines have limited hours. The online service handles most queries faster.

Paramount+ UK has no phone support. Live chat is the only contact route. A human agent can be reached via chat but requires persistence past the automated responses.
Revolut
Banking & Finance
Revolut has no phone support. All contact is through the in-app chat. Bot responses are common and escalating to a human can take hours. Not suitable if you need urgent help.
SMARTY
Mobile / Wireless

Atom Bank
Banking & Finance
Atom Bank is a UK app-only digital bank with no phone number and no branch network. All support is handled through in-app chat and messaging. While the in-app chat is generally responsive, customers who need to speak to a person or handle urgent issues by phone have no option to do so.
DeadHappy Life Insurance
Life Insurance

Channel 4 Streaming (My4)
